How to: Access Payment Service Portal

You must be an Account owner to access the payment service portal.

Navigate to Purchases

Navigate to the "Purchases" page (link).

Click to launch payment service portal

Click the "payment service portal" button in the toolbar at the top of the page. This will open a new page/tab. This page will request an email address. Enter the email address associated with your Account owner.

Once the information has been entered, click "send" at the bottom of the page. This will send an email to the address you've provided.

Click link in email

Once the email has been received, click the link provided in the email. This will open another page/tab in your browser (meaning you can close the previous page/tab).

View details of your payment account

In the resulting page/tab, view details about past payments, subscriptions (upcoming payments), and payment methods. Close the page/tab when done.
