Members
A Member is a person that is managed by your Account. When you access the "Members" page, you will see all of the Members in your Account. You may click on any Member to view their details.
All Member information can be updated from the "Details" page. This includes the following properties:
First/Last name
The name of the Member
Birthday
The Member's birthday. This field is required to ensure the Member is registered for appropriate Sessions as well as Competition age groups.
Gender
The Member's Competition gender. This field is required to ensure the Member is associated to the correct Competition Events. This field is not intended to be used as a gender identity.
Indigenous descent
Optionally indicate whether the Member is of Indigenous descent. This is used for reporting and grants for Organizations.
Medical card number
In the event of an emergency, the medical card information allows Staff to work with emergency responders.
Diagnoses & medical concerns
Used to help Staff work with Members as appropriately as possible.
Contact info
Used to facilitate Communications
Emergency contacts
The list of people to contact in the case of an emergency. In most cases, the Account owner will be the first person to call.
