How to: Create Days Off

Navigate to the "Home" page (linkarrow-up-right) by clicking on the "Home" option in the navigation menu.

Click "add" or double-click a cell

There are 3 options for adding a Day Off:

  1. Simply click the "add day off" button in the toolbar at the top of the page. This will show the Day Off popout and set the date to a default of tomorrow.

  2. Select a cell in the schedule, then click the "add day off" button in the toolbar at the top of the page. This will show the Day Off popout and set the date to a default of the selected cell.

  3. Double-click a cell in the schedule. This will show the Day Off popout and set the date to the default of double-clicked cell.

Enter details

In the popout, enter the relevant details for your Day Off.

Description

Name

The name of the Day Off. This information is shown in the schedule and various other minor views.

Dates

Provide a single date or a date range for the Day(s) Off

Save

Click "save" at the bottom of the popout to save your changes. This will reload the schedule view.
