How to: Enter Form Data

You must be an Account owner to enter Form data

Navigate to the "Members" page (linkarrow-up-right) using the navigation menu. Click on the Member for whom you wish to edit Form data.

If a Member has any required Form that is missing, expiring, or expired, a red badge will appear beside the "Members" option in the navigation menu, beside the Member name on the "Members" page, and on the "Forms" tab on the Member's "Details" page.

Click "Forms" tab

Open the "Forms" tab.

Each Form in the data grid will include a status value:

  • Completed - All Form data has been provided

  • Expired - Form data is expired

  • Nearing expiry - Form data is nearing expiry

  • Missing and required - Form data is missing and is required

  • Missing but optional - Form data is missing, but is optional

Click to edit Form

Click on the "edit" button for the desired Form row.

Enter details

In the popout, enter the data requested of the Form.

Save

Click the "save" button at the bottom of the popout to save changes. This will refresh the data grid and update the associated Form's status.
