How to: Delete Members

You must be an Account owner to delete a Member.

Deleting a Member means that a Member and all of their personally identifiable information (PII) will be removed. This will prevent future sign-ins and will remove the Member from any reports or displays.

The physical Member object in the database will not be removed, but any identifiable information will be removed. This is to maintain data integrity. As an example, the Member's name will be changed to [DELETED] and their birthday obfuscated.

Navigate to Member

Navigate to the "Members" page (link) using the navigation menu. Click on the Member you wish to delete.

Click to delete

Click the "delete member" button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Confirm deletion

A confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click to confirm the deletion to finalize the action.
