How to: Invite Members

You must be an Account owner to invite Members.

Inviting a Member means that a Member can have their own sign-in. This will allow the Member to sign into Dive 365 and access various services (including the Account service) in their own right. As an example, this will facilitate athletes registering for Competitions and entering dive lists.

Navigate to the "Members" page (linkarrow-up-right) using the navigation menu. Click on the Member you wish to invite.

Click to invite

Click the "invite member" button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Enter details

In the popout, enter the Member's email address.

Send

Click the "send" button at the bottom of the popout. This will send an invitation email to the Member. The email will include a link to the Account service. When the Member access the service, they will be prompted to sign in or sign up. The action of signing up will establish a sign in for the Member and they will be able to access various features of Dive 365. The email address will then become immutable thereafter.
