Members with Missing/Expired Forms

The information contained in this report includes a list of Members for which a given list of Forms (all by default) has missing or expired/expiring information.

Forms can be configured as optional or required. This report will only include Forms that are required.

The report can be configured to search for one or many Forms.

The report includes the Member's name and the list of Forms that contains missing or expired/expiring information. Each listed Form will include the reason for its inclusion in the report. The report can be downloaded as a CSV. It is also possible to deliver a Communication to all Accounts returned in the report.

The "membership report reader" Role is required to view this report.
