How to: Send Communications Regarding Sessions

From Semesters page

Navigate to the "Semesters" page (linkarrow-up-right) by clicking on the "Semesters" option in the navigation menu.

Click on the Semester within which your Session exists.

Select Session(s)

Using the checkboxes beside each Session in the data grid, select each Session you wish to send a Communication to.

Click to send Communication

Click the "send communication" button in the toolbar

Enter details

Enter the subject and body for your Communication.

Send

Click "send" at the bottom of the popout to send your Communication to all Account owners in the selected Session(s).

Accounts that have multiple Members registered in the selected Session(s) will not receive duplicate Communications.
