How to: Send Communications Regarding Sessions
From Semesters page
Navigate to Semesters
Navigate to the "Semesters" page (link) by clicking on the "Semesters" option in the navigation menu.
Navigate to the desired Semester
Click on the Semester within which your Session exists.
Select Session(s)
Using the checkboxes beside each Session in the data grid, select each Session you wish to send a Communication to.
To send a Communication to Account owners associated with an individual Session, choose only one checkbox
To send a Communication to Account owners associated with many Sessions, choose all the desired Sessions

Enter details
Enter the subject and body for your Communication.
Send
Click "send" at the bottom of the popout to send your Communication to all Account owners in the selected Session(s).
From Sessions page
Navigate to Semesters
Navigate to the "Semesters" page (link) by clicking on the "Semesters" option in the navigation menu.
Navigate to the desired Semester
Click on the Semester within which your Session exists.
Navigate to the desired Session
Click on the Session you wish to send a Communication to.
Enter details
Enter the subject and body for your Communication.
Send
Click "send" at the bottom of the popout to send your Communication to all Account owners in the Session.
