How to: Assign Registration Categories to Members

From Account page

Navigate to the "Accounts" page (linkarrow-up-right) and click on the Account within which the Member resides.

View purchases

Open the "purchases" tab.

Click to add Registration Category

Click the "add" button in the toolbar at the top of the tab. Select the "add registration category" option.

Select assignment details

In the popout, select the Member, Season, and desired Registration Category.

Save

Click "save" at the bottom of the popout. The Registration Category will be applied to the selected Member in a "pending" state. The Account owner will receive an email with a link to the Store indicating that they must complete the purchase.

Find Member

Follow this guide to find the Member you wish to assign the Registration Category.

Click to add Registration Category

Open the "registration categories" tab and click the "add" button in the toolbar at the top of the tab.

Be mindful of the selected Season in the toolbar. The list only shows assigned Registration Categories for the selected Season.

Select assignment details

In the popout, select the Season and desired Registration Category. The Member will be pre-populated and cannot be changed.

Save

Click "save" at the bottom of the popout. The Registration Category will be applied to the selected Member in a "pending" state. The Account owner will receive an email with a link to the Store indicating that they must complete the purchase.

Members are not officially assigned a Registration Category until the associated purchase has been completed. The purchase will remain in the Account owner's Store cart indefinitely until the purchase is complete or the administrator cancels the purchase.
