How to: Switch Sessions for Members
From Account page
Locate Member Session purchase line item
Find the Member Session purchase line item. The list of line items is organized by the most recent first. Therefore, it is likely near the top of the list.
Select assignment details
In the popout, provide the necessary information to perform the switch.
Memo
The value that explains the refund that occurs during the switch. This value will be included in the Account purchase list as well as sent to the Account owner in the switch Communication.
A switch will not be permitted if the current balance within the Merchant Account is less than the refund value of the Session being switched from. This is to ensure there is always sufficient funds to perform a refund (which is required during a switch).
Save
Press and hold "switch session" at the bottom of the popout to complete the switch. The Account owner will receive a Communication regarding the switch.
If the value of the new Session is less than the existing Session, the Account owner will receive the difference as a refund. If the value of the new Session is greater than the existing Session, the Account owner will be required to pay the difference (which will be logged as a custom invoice).

Find Member
Follow this guide to find the Member for which you wish to switch the Sessions.
Click to switch session
Open the "sessions" tab, find the Session you wish to switch, click the menu on the right of the row, and click the "switch session" option.
