How to: Cancel Sessions for Members
From Account page
Locate Member Session purchase line item
Find the Member Session purchase line item. The list of line items is organized by the most recent first. Therefore, it is likely near the top of the list.
Select assignment details
In the popout, provide the necessary information to perform the cancellation.
Amount to refund
The amount to refund to the Account owner. The value defaults to the current prorated value of the Session. The value cannot be greater than the original price.
Memo
The value that explains the refund. This value will be included in the Account purchase list as well as sent to the Account owner in the switch Communication.
A cancellation will not be permitted if the current balance within the Merchant Account is less than the refund value of the Session. This is to ensure there is always sufficient funds to perform a refund.

Follow this guide to find the Member for which you wish to switch the Sessions.
